About Our Program The ForaCare, Inc. Affiliate Program offers your visitors receive immediate access to the innovative, accurate and reliable home health products available at  www.fora-shop.com. Getting Started Participating in the ForaCare, Inc. Affiliate Program is easy! Click "Apply" and register through our affiliate program network, Refersion. After you complete the online application on the registration page, ForaCare, Inc. will provide email approval through the Refersion network within two business days. Once approved, you will access your account and begin selecting links you wish to display on your website. Visitors access FORA products through links and banners placed on your site. Customers are tagged with a cookie to signify referral from your website. When orders are placed within 30-days of the referral, your account is credited for a 10% commission. Term & Conditions As a participant in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms detailed in our Affiliate Agreement form. Commission Fees ForaCare, Inc. affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 10% for all sales. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, and erroneous order duplications. We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill. Payment schedule As long as your current affiliate earnings are over $100, you'll be paid roughly every 30 days. We will usually pay you in the first week of each month. If you haven't earned $100 since your last payment, we'll pay you roughly 30 days after you've crossed the threshold.
